Chef Kapil’s journey started with a love for hospitality, studying Hotel Managment from IHM in India . He gained experience at top hotels in India and Australia.
Arriving in Regina, Kapil missed the vibrant street food of Delhi. So, he decided to bring a taste of home to Canada.
Thanks to its success, Da India Curry House has expanded since, opening 2 locations in Regina and now the largest Indian restaurant in Saskatoon.
